Hauxton Carp Fishery Syndicate

  1. Recreational fishery well stocked with commons and mirrors up to 20lbs. BUT NOT A SPECIMEN FISHERY.
  2. Run for over 40 years as a very friendly syndicate.
  3. Small syndicate limited to 40 members.
  4. One attractive 2½ acre lake with an island and one smaller pond.
  5. This is a fishery where you will catch fish and many on a good day – 20 to 40 weighing 200 – 300 lbs is not uncommon. 
  6. Well maintained swims set in secluded woodland.
  7. Traditional season June 16th – March 15th.
  8. Fishing from dawn until one hour after sunset.
  9. No night fishing.
  10. Barbless hooks, all fish to be returned and keep-nets only for fish up to 2lbs.
  11. A few tench up to 4lbs and crucian carp.
  12. Members’ private car park adjacent to fishing hut.
  13. Ideal for members to introduce their children to fishing.
  14. Wonderful wildlife with kingfishers, little and great crested grebe, warblers, grass snakes, 17 species of butterfly and many damselflies and dragonflies.
  15. 2019/2020 subscription: £180.
